These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings (whether made online, by telephone) and all agreements for the provision of services by the Company.

Definitions

“Company” or “we” means NADIASTYLEFIX;

“Services” means personal styling, wardrobe cleanse and renewal and personal shopping and any other services provided to you by the Company;

“Client” or “you” means any person who contracts with the Company for the provision of Services.

Payments

Payments are to secure the appointment and are non-refundable and if an appointment is cancelled will be forfeited.  The fees relate purely to my time and expertise.

Payment for gift vouchers and appointments must be made upon purchase/booking.

Services

Any variation to services must be agreed in writing prior to booking confirmation and payment received.  Any additional services requiring initial confirmation will be charged for accordingly.  All virtual services are delivered via suitable online meeting platform agreed by you and Nadiastylefix.  Session times are outlined on confirmation.  Any additional time, outside of the session times will be chargeable

Postponement and Cancellation

If you wish to postpone an appointment you must inform us not less than 24 hours before the appointment is due to start. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being cancelled. If we are able to agree an alternative future date, any payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment and cannot be refunded.

Cancellations require 48 hours notice before scheduled session times. Notice less than 48 hours will result in fees being retained.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If no date is specified on the voucher the holder must make an appointment. If the holder wishes to postpone an appointment they must inform NADIASTYLEFIX not less than 24 hours before the appointment is due to start.

Relationship with Stores

The Company does not act as agent for any of the stores to which we may introduce you or accompany you for shopping. Contracts for the purchase of goods are between you and the relevant store and the terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues will be such as the store may impose or as you may agree with the store. NADIASTYLEFIX has no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during the course of, or as a result of, the provision of Services by NADIASTYLEFIX from third parties and/ or stores.

Liability

NADIASTYLEFIX warrants that it will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care. Subject to this no warranty or condition is given, made or to be implied in respect of the Services and none is to be implied except for any warranty or condition implied by law. In any event liability of NADIASTYLEFIX, its directors and employees to you will be limited to and shall not in any circumstances exceed the amount paid by you to NADIASTYLEFIX for the provision of the relevant Services.

Location

NADIASTYLEFIX is ideally placed for London Shopping. You can of course choose your preferred location. If you are located outside of London or the UK, travel costs outside of London FOR NADIASTYLEFIX representative will apply.

International Personal Shopping

Any and all duty charges payable on goods shipped from the UK will be the responsibility of the Client.  Service Costs exclude postage and shipping costs.
